At Foie Gras Gourmet, we recognise that have a preference for traditional Foie Gras and are generally reluctant to innovate, but we were won over by this mixture, where the figs enhance the powerful taste of this block of duck Foie Gras with a delicately melting texture.
The combination of sweet and savoury means we experience Foie Gras in a different – and excellent – way.
Very precise legislation, which we respect completely, prevents us from using the Sud Ouest and IGP logos. But of course, the block of Foie Gras that is used to make this delicacy is the same as our other blocks of Foie Gras. The ducks are reared in the traditional way in the open air in the southwest of France.
