Foie Gras Gourmet offers FREE DELIVERY across the entire United States with no minimum order amount.
If you place your order before 12 pm (U.S. Eastern Time), your foie gras may be shipped the same day (except on weekends & public holidays). Otherwise, shipping will take place the next day.
Foie gras typically arrives within 2 to 5 business days of your order. Cities on the East Coast (Boston, New York, Philadelphia, Miami…), cities on the West Coast (San Francisco, Los Angeles…) as well as Chicago or Atlanta, which are directly served by UPS aircraft, generally receive deliveries slightly faster than other cities in the USA.
Canada: Law has changed, and we therefore can’t ship to Canada anymore.
For other countries outside the United States, delivery is not available at this time.
You can return products within 30 days if they are damaged or do not match your purchase. Those can be replaced or refunded.
We offer a no-questions-asked refund to customers who, unfortunately, encountered difficulties receiving their foie gras.

We value safety, reliability, and speed in the delivery of our foie gras and have therefore chosen UPS & DHL as our primary carriers. For U.S. deliveries, UPS is primarily used.
A tracking number from UPS or DHL will be sent to you by email (please make sure our emails do not land in spam), and you can track the route and delivery of your package directly on the UPS or DHL website.
We attach particular importance to the quality of packaging so that the foie gras reaches you in the best condition.
Foie Gras Gourmet strictly respects the privacy of your data. If we ask you to provide your mobile phone number, it is only to facilitate delivery.
UPS or DHL may send you a text message or email to inform you of the day and time of delivery. Thanks to your phone number, the driver can also contact you in case of absence or possible delivery issues.
Warning: The end-of-the-year period is very busy for all carriers. Delivery delays may be longer than usual.
We advise you not to wait until the last minute to order your foie gras and to instead order as soon as possible (foie gras can easily be stored).
